Dr Jesse is currently accepting a variety of forensic evaluations, including independent medical evaluations and competency evaluations.

Evaluations
Initial review of case Complimentary Record and file review $450 an hour
Clinical Interview $500 an hour
Report writing $450 an hour
Attorney consultation $450 an hour
Court Testimony & Travel
Half day present in court (up to 4 hours) $2000

Full day present in court (up to 7 hours) $3500

Travel $400 per hour

Payment Policy
Following an initial consultation by phone, a retainer of $1600 (4 hours of work) is customarily submitted along with the fee agreement from this office.
​
Evaluations that may not require this amount of blocked time will be afforded a reduced retainer fee of $600 (90 minutes of work).
All fees must be submitted, along with the fee agreement, in order to begin work on the case.
Upon exhaustion of the fee agreement, monthly invoices will be sent out.
Failure to complete monthly payment will result in the cessation of work and/or cancellation of scheduled appointments until payment is received.
Unused retainer fees will be returned.
Cancellation Policy
Please call our office directly at 570-690-5159, to cancel any scheduled appointment with a client.

Cancellation with less than 24 hour notice will be charged at the rate of the scheduled time, $800.
Cancellations with less than 48 hour notice will be billed at half the rate, $400.

Conclusions will be offered in an unbiased, ethical and professional manner utilizing a best practices approach. As a consequence, the conclusions and recommendations that result, may not always support the outcome which was anticipated or desired by counsel. You are welcome to discuss the findings of any evaluation in order to determine how you wish to incorporate these services and the conclusions which were drawn in your case.
